Whether you've attended church your whole life or never stepped foot in one before, we know it's not easy visiting a church for the first time. You're not quite sure what to expect. You are welcome to "come as you are" and probably have a lot of questions. We hope this information will help to answer those questions.
Visiting Faith Baptist Church
Your first visit to FBC will be refreshing, friendly, and enjoyable for your whole family. We want you to experience inspiring music, helpful teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a place where you feel welcome and "at home"! We are a group of folks who come together to help encourage each other through the Bible and Godly teaching. Here are a few answers to your questions and what you might expect on your first visit.
When are your services?
Our main worship services are Sunday morning at 10 am and Sunday evening at 6 pm. Prior to our Sunday morning service, we offer Bible Classes for Adults and Sunday School for children and teens at 9 am. We have a mid-week Wednesday evening Bible Study at 7 pm while offering programs for children/teens at the same time.
How Should I Dress?
There is not a dress code at Faith Baptist Church for members or guests. Our ministry leaders dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress; however, our main goal is that you feel welcome and comfortable on your visit here at Faith Baptist. Many of our regular attendees dress more casually while some dress up. It's really up to you.
I Have an Infant or Toddler.
We have a nursery (new born to 3 yrs. ) provided for every service, and junior church during our Sunday morning services.
Am I Expected to Participate in the Offering?
No! We want our service to be a gift to you. We hope you will find a warm family spirit, truth from God's Word, and a place where you can grow in God's love and grace.
